Who we are

AM Sports Media is a boxing commentary channel operated by Gregory White in Alpharetta, Georgia. This policy covers this website and the internal software we use to run our own YouTube channel.

Website visitors

This site is static. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies, and we do not collect personal information from visitors. If you email us, we keep that message only as long as needed to reply.

Our internal automation

We operate private, internal software that helps us produce and publish our own videos. It is not a product, it is not offered to the public, and no one outside AM Sports Media can sign in to it. The only Google account that authorizes it is the account that owns our YouTube channel.

Through the YouTube API Services, that software:

• reads analytics for our own channel, such as views, watch time, click-through rate, and audience retention;
• reads and updates metadata on our own videos, such as titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails;
• uploads videos we have produced to our own channel.

What we do not do

• We do not access data belonging to any other channel, creator, or viewer.
• We do not collect or process personal information about YouTube users.
• We do not sell, rent, or share data with third parties.
• We do not use this data for advertising or to build profiles of individuals.

Where the data lives

Channel performance figures are stored in a private database used only for our own editorial decisions, such as judging whether a video performed above our typical range. Access is limited to the channel's operators. We delete stored data when it is no longer useful, and revoking our application's access in Google Account permissions stops all further collection.

Google and YouTube

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Our software uses YouTube API Services, so the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy also apply.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
